Run 52 was attended by nearly 40 hashers in a brand new location, Bandar Sungai Long. Consultant hare Billy No Hair and apprentices Tarzan & Jane set a run that took the breath away from hashers. FRBs were given enough checks, falsies, twists and turns to whet their sadistic appetites while the backpack simply walked through the mayhem created by the FRBs so in a nutshell, everyone got their standard of required workout. A big thank you to our ever supportive Billy No Hair and wife. The circle was called to order well before 8pm since lighting was poor however sooner rather than later some enterprising hashers floodlight the whole place with their lighting devices. The usual course of (monkey) business was conducted at the circle and two dinners were served, the second one being a supplementary menu decided on by the hare, Hero. Thank you Hero for going out of your way to make this one of our more memorable runs! On on.

Hasher Jagjit or better known as Doctor Gila hosted (an imaginary) PH3 Run #1728.5 in his weekend residence in Genting Permail last Sunday April 25, 2010. The run started of at the promised time of 5pm and about 25 hashers in a party of 100 (clearly outnumbered) took off in the cool afternoon weather. The run though short was unbelievably challenging – obviously the infamous Rambo had something to do with this run. The last runners were back by 6.30pm and already sumptuous food was waiting. Doc even squeezed in a wine tasting session and the perpetual customer in that section was Gerald. The usual drink of beer was accompanied with stout on tap as well as champagne and the usual concoction of liquors.

In an ideal imaginary circle, Doc Gila the Grandmaster for the day called the circle to order at 12 midnight. He commended the hares for taking the time to clear a lot of jungle and setting a satisfying trail. Mystery whip T then iced the Grandmaster for the day Doc Gila for setting the run on a day to steal the thunder from a nearby by-election. Also most of the participants have been or will be patients of the good doctor. The circle closed at 12.10am and the surviving hashers proceeded to the karaoke room which was locked as the good doctor had already made his was to KL! On on! Some pics below.

Run 51 comprised about 40 avid hashers gathered on the top of a remote hill somewhere near Wangsa Maju/Ulu Kelang. Hare Doug had promised a reprise of the the run he had previously set for the KL Harriettes minus the ‘short-circuit’. However, the short circuit was meant to be! Even then, most hashers had a good time working out for an hour or so. The really fit ones decided to run all the way to the top of the hill and got themselves two run for the price of one! The circle was called to disorder at 8pm and Uncle Yap provided some hilarious banter. Dinner was a new concept this time – a first for Veggiehash. Delicious varieties of Domino’s Pizza was served until all were thoroughly full. Beers were aplenty and the night went on till 11pm with Nick provoding some very intruiging information about a force.
